Rollbit
MURAT ŞAHİN 13 Ağustos 2026 Perşembe
The Rollbit Files As stated above, users of Rollbit have consistently reported patterns of misconduct, including the mishandling of funds, prolonged withdrawals, funds being seized with shady excuses and overall selective practices that result in users losing their money. Despite the volume and consistency of these reports, the individuals operating the platform have remained largely anonymous and instead operate under pseudonyms. As well as the fact Rollbit states it is operated by Bull Gaming N.V., a company incorporated in Cura?ao. This worrying lack of transparency, combined with the reported pattern of fraudulent behaviour, warranted a deeper investigation into the identities of those responsible. Identification of Key Individuals The first step in this investigation is to identify the individuals behind the platform. Publicly, the owners of Rollbit have operated under the pseudonyms Razer and Lucky, who are presented as co-founders. Of particular note is that, for some time within the community, multiple independent sources have consistently attributed a specific real-world identity to the individual known as Lucky. The individual in question is a British national named Daniel Robert Dixon. This identification has been publicly confirmed by a combination of former business partners of Lucky and other owners of cryptocurrency casinos within the same industry who knew him through mutual connections. These sources have further confirmed that, prior to Rollbit, Daniel Robert Dixon co-owned CSGO Roll and owned CSGO Diamonds - a platform whose fraudulent practices will be examined later in this document. (Monarch owner of CSGO Empire & Duel publicly confirming that Daniel = owner of Rollbit) With the identification of Daniel Robert Dixon as Lucky now vaguely confirmed, the next stage is to examine publicly available records for any real-world connections linking him to the ownership or operation of Rollbit and CSGO Diamonds. A search of Companies House records shows that Daniel Robert Dixon is listed as the owner of two companies: ? DAX Financial Technologies Ltd ? International Digital Assets Exchange Ltd We now turn to a detailed examination of each of the two companies. For each entity, the directors are listed together with their dates of appointment and resignation, followed by the shareholdings and persons with significant control as recorded in the official Companies House filings. DAX Financial Technologies Ltd is an active private limited company incorporated in the United Kingdom on February 19, 2018. It claims to focus on developing next-generation financial software, trading systems, and tech solutions tailored for capital markets and blockchain industries. The company has no social media presence whatsoever and strangely enough the website has also been recently removed. Company number: 11213133 Directors / Officers Name Role Appointed on Resigned on Status Daniel Robert Dixon Director 19 February 2018 ? Active Jose Llisterri Director 17 July 2018 6 May 2021 Resigned Peter Robertson Director 19 February 2018 3 July 2018 Resigned Shareholdings (as recorded in the confirmation statements) Total issued shares: 10,000 ordinary shares of GBP 0.01 each Daniel Dixon: 8,000 shares (80%) Jose Llisterri: 2,000 shares (20%) Peter Robertson: 1,000 shares (10%) (The shareholdings were initially held as 90% by Daniel and 10% by Peter. Following Peter?s resignation and Jose?s appointment, the shareholding structure was amended to 80% by Daniel and 20% by Jose. Upon Jose?s subsequent resignation, it is presumed that Daniel became the sole shareholder, holding 100% of the shares). Persons with Significant Control: Daniel Robert Dixon is recorded as holding 75% or more of the shares and voting rights, with the right to appoint or remove directors (consistent with the 80% / 100% holding shown above). Financial Position / Holdings (latest micro-entity accounts to 28 February 2025) ? Total assets: approximately ?388,700 ? Total liabilities: approximately ?5.02 million ? Net assets: ??4.63 million ? The company has reported a consistently high debt ratio and negative net assets for several years. International Digital Assets Exchange Ltd commonly known as Interdax was a crypto derivatives trading platform launched in 2018 (went live 2019) which allowed users to trade crypto perpetual swaps with up to 100x leverage while taking part in tournament style trading battles where users started with equal balances and competed on the leaderboards against one another for crypto prizes. Company number: 11138284 Status: Dissolved 4 January 2022 Incorporated: 8 January 2018 Directors / Officers Name Role Appointed on Resigned on Status Daniel Robert Dixon Director 8 January 2018 ? (at dissolution) Jose Llisterri Director 17 July 2018 ? (at dissolution) Peter Robertson Director 8 January 2018 3 July 2018 Resigned Notably, the three individuals who served as directors of DAX Financial Technologies Ltd also served as directors of International Digital Assets Exchange Ltd. Shareholdings (as recorded in the confirmation statements) Total issued shares: 10,000 ordinary shares of GBP 0.01 each Daniel Dixon: 8,000 shares (80%) Jose Llisterri: 2,000 shares (20%) Peter Robertson: 1,000 shares (10%) (The shareholdings were initially held as 90% by Daniel and 10% by Peter. Following Peter?s resignation and Jose?s appointment, the shareholding structure was amended to 80% by Daniel and 20% by Jose). Persons with Significant Control Daniel Robert Dixon is recorded as holding 75% or more of the shares and voting rights, with the right to appoint or remove directors. No other individuals are listed as persons with significant control. This being the exact same structure shareholder wise as DAX Financial Technologies LTD which is odd given the companies claimed different operations (Interdax being a crypto derivatives platform and DAX being a company which develops next generational financial software, trading systems, and tech solutions tailored for capital markets and blockchain industries). We were told by a reliable source that DAX = Interdax but since Interdax failed the company (DAX) has just carried on virtually operating as a shell company. Financial Position (last filed accounts) The company?s final accounts were filed as Accounts for a dormant company made up to 31 January 2020 (with the previous set also filed as dormant to 31 January 2019). As a dormant company, it reported no significant trading activity. Typical dormant filings of this nature show: ? No turnover ? Minimal or nil assets and liabilities beyond the issued share capital (originally ?100) ? No employees The company was subsequently dissolved on 4 January 2022 via compulsory strike-off. With the director appointments, shareholdings, and financial filings of both companies now set out, attention turns to the companies themselves and the public footprint each left behind. DAX Financial Technologies Ltd maintains virtually no online presence: no active website, no social media accounts, and no visible marketing or public communications under that name. By contrast, International Digital Assets Exchange Ltd (trading as Interdax) cultivated a more visible profile during its operational period. The following section examines Interdax in greater detail, beginning with its social media presence and marketing approach. Interdax?s public channels (Twitter / Telegram) prominently advertised BTC/USDT perpetual swap contracts offering up to 100x leverage. These posts were frequently accompanied by promotions for trading competitions and ?battles,? designed to attract high-volume, high-risk traders. The platform also openly marketed itself as non-KYC, requiring no identity verification from users. The combination of non-KYC onboarding and extreme leverage created a distinctly ?degen? atmosphere - one that prioritised speculative, high-stakes trading over traditional regulated exchange features. This positioning closely mirrors Rollbit?s own approach: Rollbit later introduced derivative trading products within its casino and similarly offered aggressive leverage to appeal to the same risk-tolerant audience. Interdax?s primary growth strategy relied on influencer marketing. The company paid selected creators (typically CT accounts with big followings) a fixed amount of Bitcoin to use the platform and promote it to their followers through dedicated referral links. This method was virtually identical to the tactic later employed by Rollbit to penetrate Crypto Twitter, most notably through partnerships with high-profile influencers such as Gainzy. A particularly striking connection emerges here. The two individuals who became Rollbit?s very first early CT partners were, at the time, among Interdax?s most consistent and visible promoters - effectively serving as the platform?s primary influencer ambassadors. This overlap is difficult to dismiss as mere coincidence. These same individuals began promoting Rollbit immediately upon its launch and were publicly positioned as its earliest partners. The speed and prominence of that transition strongly suggest pre-existing relationships and coordination rather than independent discovery.
